I actually saw several of the films and appreciated the award nominees. I am always sorry there are not more nominees, but where to stop. Having spent a year in Hollywood, it's fun to see all the glitz. I lived 1 block from hollywood and Vine.

Hey, Hollywood glam girl, thanks for being on top of all that glitz and splendor! I never can watch those award shows, so it's nice to get it synopsisized. Maybe I'd dress up once in a while if I had one of those dresses...and George Clooney as my date...
We were so stoked that Marion Cotillard won for La Vie en Rose! (My spouse saw it 7 times....) I was terrified that America would again shame itself with obtuseness - but NO! They were able to vote for something FWENCH!
