Birthday Week winds down

It all started last Saturday with the Rio Grande Celtic Festival, sunny and warm with music, snacks and whisky and WT

Pipes...I just love them

I call this one "Kilts and Crocs"

Can you name that tartan?

Tuesday was the High Holy Day which, surprisingly, turned out to have record breaking 94 degree temps in ABQ. (I boldly made the 25mile trip to St. James Tea Room--sans air conditioning...oy, crrrap)
I joined the ladies for and elegant repast, and I do mean elegant.

Miss Bonnie arranged this beautiful event in honor of her lovely Mum and for my Bday
The tea was delish..especially the "berry, berry."

And my youngest friend was every bit the elegant "Lady".( Afterward, we did get a bit silly with a pink flamingo, but that's a story for another day.)

...and then, last night my dear fwiends took me out for dinner to a wonderful new East Mountain bistro for a great dinner
and a fine bottle of single malt whisky, mmmm.
This is one happy camper!
and a very lucky one, as well. Thanks everyone.
And a special thanks for the video shot by my Bro of my niece writing, directing and starring in the "4 min Wizard of Oz". Hysterical
Carpe Dodah!
