Whether or not you are a fan of Boston Legal, I would encourage you to watch this Supreme Court argument starring James spader as Allen Shore. It is very moving and an interesting look at the current "court".

S.B. and I are hugemous Boston Legal fans. It is well written and thought provoking and this was one of Moi's favorite episodes.
Thanks for the tip. I don't care for the show - I hate agenda stuff on TV shows even when I agree with the agenda. And I can't believe the Supreme Court would sit and listen to that kind of abuse. But I enjoyed James Spader's workout. I wonder how long they gave himn to memorize that. So, did they let us know how the court ruled?
I haven't watched the video yet, but I do love it when James Spader gets on a passionate rant. And plus, isn't TV wonderful, where the end can be scripted to vindicate good and punish evil? Yes, I like it.
