Sugarland in Concert!

It finally happened. Doris Rose was dragged from her Winter den by the Wicked Thistle and LB for a night on the town. We began with dinner at the Range and belated Birthday wishes for LB. Then a schlepp to just west of where jesus lost his slippers..omg.It was like the final scene of " Field of Dreams" -an neverending line of cars to the horizion.

Then 40 minutes of the "Pat Green"Band. Finally the main event!!

This is an awesome photo--if I do say so myself!(double click it)

Some folks (mr striped shirt--Wicked is enchanted) started dancing the minute the music started...

other talented folks could dance, drink margaritas and TEXT w one hand!

Great new songs, lots of familiar
old favorites
The big finale...or maybe not...

This was spectacular, they both rolled out over the audience.very cool.

Jennifer Nettles totally Rocks the room! Listen for yourself... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yIyxkZod2cM

Fabulous concert, loving friends and a long drive home. peace.

It was fabulous!! The food, the friends, and Jennifer, she is so, so, so . . . . something wonderful. Thanks for making it happen. And for making the journey. Love the pics. Glad there's no uvula showing!

You always touch my heart! xoxo

Yay for leaving your den! Boo for having to schlep just west of where Jesus left his slippers. That's funny, though. I gotta remember it.

What a fantabulous concert! It was uvula-friendly, I'll say that. The only thing we needed was more room to dance!

Hey, you're up to seven 5-year-olds! You have the advantage of being at eye level with them. Git 'em, girl, git 'em!
